Senior chiropractor

A Senior Chiropractor provides expert diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal issues, specializing in spine alignment and manual adjustment techniques. This role involves leading clinical practice, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality chiropractic care. The Senior Chiropractor plays a key role in designing patient treatment plans, managing complex cases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote long-term patient wellness and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal disorders, particularly spinal conditions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Perform spinal adjustments, joint manipulations, and other manual therapies.

• Oversee and mentor junior chiropractors, interns, and support staff.

• Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment progress and health histories.

• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, posture, and exercise to support recovery.

• Use diagnostic tools such as X-rays and MRIs to assess conditions.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols.

• Participate in case reviews and collaborate with physiotherapists, orthopedists, and other specialists.

• Contribute to the development of clinic policies, service offerings, and professional development programs.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid chiropractic license .

• Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in chiropractic care.

• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, spinal conditions, and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.

• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and patient management abilities.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and medical software.

• Continued professional education in advanced chiropractic techniques.

• Certification in rehabilitation or sports chiropractic is an advantage.
