Solution Design:

• Design tailored conversational AI solutions that leverage ADA platforms capabilities to address specific client challenges.
• Understand client’s pain points & needs and translate those into a solution proposed by ADA
• Out of the box thinking
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on new feature capabilities
  
  

Technical Discovery & Qualification:

• Partner closely with the Sales team to understand prospective clients business needs, technical requirements, and pain points related to their communication strategies.
• Understand high-level and technical architectures, including integration points with existing client systems (CRMs, ERPs, contact centers , etc.), data flows, and security considerations.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders to uncover their current infrastructure, workflows, and desired outcomes.
• Qualify leads from a technical perspective, assessing feasibility and alignment with our product capabilities.
  
  

Demonstration & Presentation:

• Prepare and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to prospective clients, from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and business-relevant language, showcasing the value proposition and ROI of ADA solutions.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical solutions and address specific client requirements, managing the full lifecycle of the POC.
  
  

Proposal Support:

• Act as the owner to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other technical questionnaires.
• Craft detailed and accurate technical sections of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other sales documentation.
  
  

Market & Product Expertise:

• Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of ADA entire product portfolio, including new features, roadmap, and competitive differentiators within the business messaging and CPaaS landscape.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., Conversational AI, Generative AI in messaging), and competitor offerings in Sri Lanka /Bangladesh and the broader APAC region.
• Provide valuable market feedback to product management and engineering teams to influence product development and future enhancements.
  
  

Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure seamless client transitions from presales to implementation.
• Serve as the bridge between Product/Engineering and the field teams
• Consolidate client/market feedback to prioritize product refinements and roadmap acceleration
• Act as a product advocate in field meetings and regional go-lives

• Exceptional technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding presentation, demonstration, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Local Language and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to solution design.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse client stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides), and diagramming tools.
