Senior Business Development Manager

Market-Making and OTC

Enflux is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Business Development who actually understands crypto markets who knows how to close, not just “build relationships.”

This is a hands-on closing role focused on market-making and OTC. You’ll be dealing directly with founders, funds, exchanges, and serious operators. If you like ownership, velocity, and conversations that end in signed contracts, welcome.

What Youll Do

• Source and close market-making clients, from first intro to signed contract
• Work on OTC deals (Spot and Vested) where relevant
• Own the full deal lifecycle: intro → pricing → negotiation → closing
• Operate natively via Telegram, calls, and conferences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with exchanges, funds, and crypto-native teams
• Represent the company externally with confidence and credibility

Requirements

• CEX market-making knowledge (non-negotiable)
• DEX market-making exposure (nice to have)
• OTC experience (nice to have)
• Existing crypto network you can actually activate
• Comfortable with numbers, pricing models, and closing conversations
• Self-directed, commercially sharp, and not afraid of responsibility

Setup & Compensation

• Base + commission on sourcing and closing
• Remote, based in EU or Asia time zones
• Travel required for conferences and company offsites
