We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Development professional from the staffing sector to help lead this next phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative and compliant staffing solutions that meet the evolving demands of the energy industry in this these regions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven billing managers with strong business development experience
• Background in Energy recruitment is ideal, but we’re also open to high-performers from Tech, IT or Engineering sectors
• A genuine desire to build and grow your own client base while collaborating with and supporting your team
• Resilience, accountability, and commitment
• Based in Dubai with travel to Saudi (or relocating very soon)
• Strong understanding of manpower markets across Saudi Arabia and the UAE
