What You Do
- Business development (creation of offering for prospects)
- Hunting and prospect client/ broker management
- Build relationships to prospect/ new clients/ brokers
- Tender management for new clients/ brokers, coordination with local markets for cross-market/ global tenders

What You Bring
- Bachelor’ / Master’s Degree; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years experience in Insurance and/or Retail & Telco industry a requirement. Sound experience in a new Business Development role, with demonstrated track record.
- Physically fit to carry out duties.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
