As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of our business operations. This position plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and devising strategic plans to drive long-term profitability and market presence. Your ability to understand market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be pivotal in achieving the company's ambitious goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior members of the sales team and contributing to the development of innovative business solutions. Leveraging your expertise, you will lead initiatives that not only meet but exceed client expectations, thereby enhancing our brand reputation and establishing us as an industry leader.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute effective market penetration strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Craft detailed business proposals and persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior business development staff to enhance their professional growth.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company objectives and values.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and are completed on time.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on business development achievements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Participate in relevant industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's brand.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to tailor solutions that meet market demands.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required for client meetings and events.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
