Senior Business Consultant

Are you an experienced professional in UAE company formation and business setup services?

 We’re looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and handle end-to-end business setup operations across all UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of business setup operations efficiently and accurately.
• Advise clients on suitable jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and appropriate legal structures.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for company registration, trade licenses, visas, and related services.
• Coordinate with government departments such as DED, MOFA, Immigration, Chamber of Commerce, and Free Zone Authorities.
• Prepare and process applications, approvals, and other government documentation.
• Follow up with authorities to ensure timely completion of applications and renewals.
• Support the PRO team with visa, labor, and immigration-related tasks.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to clients on application progress and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in UAE company formation or government liaison services.
• UAE Driving License is preferable
• Strong understanding of UAE business laws, free zones, and licensing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
