Job Description

Lead analysis: Gather deep business requirements through stakeholder workshops and data studies.

Process design: Map out workflows and re-engineer systems to boost efficiency.

Bridge teams: Act as the main link between business operations and IT developers.

Report insights: Create data reports and business cases for senior leaders.

Mentor team: Guide junior analysts and set best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst.
Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
