A Senior Business Analyst in the Property Management sector serves as a key player in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements to support property management enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system specifications.
  • Evaluate current property management workflows and propose optimizations and improvements.
  • Lead project initiatives from conception through to deployment and post-implementation review.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Identify and resolve project scope, budget, or timeline issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision-making processes.
  • Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to industry standards and company policy.
  • Regularly report on project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in property management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis within property management.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and software like Microsoft Visio or JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
