A Senior Business Analyst (Customer) plays a crucial role in understanding and enhancing customer experiences and driving business initiatives toward success. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex customer data.
  • Proven track record in developing strategies that enhance customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
  • Proficiency in business analytics software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
