  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans and strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts and project teams.
  • Communicate project status updates and insights to management and stakeholders clearly.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and procedures across projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and software development lifecycle is a plus.
