• Use your established network to identify, pursue and convert new commercial opportunities and brand partnerships

• Contribute to the sales strategy and develop bespoke partnership proposals across ITP Gaming’s services

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients across gaming and non-endemic sectors

• Independently create and present tailored sales materials, proposals and pitches

• Achieve individual sales targets while growing revenue from new and existing clients

• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting

• Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and product offerings

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and key developments across gaming, entertainment and digital media

• Educated to degree level, with 7+ years of successful business development, brand partnerships or commercial experience in UAE, ideally in gaming marketing services

• Experience and a strong professional network within the gaming industry is essential (Esports advantageous)

• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and organisational skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead pitches and meet/exceed sales targets

• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Ambitious, proactive, creative and commercially driven

• Ability to manage multiple client opportunities and complex projects independently, working with internal teams and prioritising in a fast-paced environment

• Arabic language skills and a passion for gaming would be advantageous.
