Job Description

• Any Graduated or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably in FinTech, Banking, Financial Services or Telecommunications.
• Good understanding of branding, campaign management, digital marketing, customer engagement and product promotion strategies.
  
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and digital marketing tools is an
  
  

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, result-driven, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a strong sense of ownership.
  
  

• Marketing & Branding knowledge: Solid understanding of branding, campaign planning and customer engagement.
• Budget management: Experience supporting budget planning, tracking expenses and coordinating with finance teams.
• Ability to process purchase requests, follow up on payment approvals and maintain expense documentation.
• Documents & Administrative skills: proficient in preparing and organizing internal documents, reports, presentations and campaign recaps.
• Campaign & Documentation Execution: Empowered to support the execution of marketing campaigns by handling administrative tasks, coordinating timelines with agencies or internal teams and managing documentation, reports and approvals.
• Brand Asset Management: Responsible for maintaining brand guideline, organizing creative material and ensuring all marketing content and communications are aligned with the brand’s identity.
