Role Overview

The Senior Bilingual Copywriter is responsible for leading storytelling, tone of voice, and copy development across the company’s streaming brands and initiatives. This is a senior creative role at the heart of building a bold and ambitious in-house creative team.

The role spans from big campaign ideas and brand platforms to sharp social content, trailers, scripts, and cultural moments. The role requires strong writing and adaptation skills in Arabic and English, as well as the ability to work across internal and external communications, brand campaigns, and business initiatives. The Senior Bilingual Copywriter originates ideas while playing a key role in shaping how the brands communicate with audiences across the region, ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and creative quality. This role works closely with creative teams, brand stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to support business and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead storytelling, ideation, and copy direction across brand, campaign, and communication initiatives.
  • Originate and develop big creative ideas, from brand platforms and campaigns to social, trailers, scripts, and cultural moments.
  • Develop and deliver culturally relevant copy in Arabic and English across internal and external communications, campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
  • Own, evolve, and protect tone of voice across assigned brands, ensuring consistency, clarity and creative excellence.
  • Adapt and localize content between Arabic and English with cultural accuracy and impact.
  • Collaborate with designers, motion, video, audio, and other creative team members to ensure alignment between copy and visuals
  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Growth, Product, and Content teams to align messaging with strategic goals.
  • Review, edit, and elevate copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all written content meets brand guidelines, communication standards, and creative ambition.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Arabic speaker with strong English writing and adaptation skills
  • Senior-level experience in copywriting, content, or creative roles, preferably within entertainment, media, or consumer brands, 5-7 years of experience
  • Ability to write in Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects when required
  • Strong understanding of GCC and MENA audiences and cultural nuances
  • Excellent editing, proofreading, and localization skills
  • Ability to think concept-first and work across multiple formats and platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation creative environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • French language skills are a plus
