As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will be at the forefront of an exciting and dynamic industry that continually pushes the boundaries of innovation and creativity. You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer's shopping experience while sharing expert knowledge and providing personalized service and advice. This position requires a strong passion for beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances, as well as the ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and offer the most suitable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the latest beauty trends and products. Working closely with marketing teams, you will also be involved in creating engaging product demonstrations and events to attract and retain customers, boost sales, and elevate the brand's reputation.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with beauty queries and recommendations while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances for personalized customer advice.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product offerings and industry trends in beauty and cosmetics.
  • Organize and participate in in-store promotional activities focusing on new and existing products.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to improve team performance and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute successful beauty events and promotions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and optimize product availability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Provide feedback to product manufacturers and the marketing team to enhance product offerings.
  • Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the store meet company standards.
  • Generate sales and service reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a beauty advisory or customer service position within retail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various beauty products, including cosmetics and skincare.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
