We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate specializing in Digital Marketing with fluency in Arabic to join our growing team. This role is critical for driving our global digital marketing strategy, specifically tailored for Arabic-speaking markets. As a digital marketing expert, you will leverage your language skills and cultural understanding to create engaging content and optimize our online presence. This position requires someone who can think creatively, work collaboratively, and execute strategies effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and possess a proven track record of successful campaigns in the Arabic-speaking regions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans for Arabic-speaking audiences.
  • Create engaging content in Arabic for multiple digital platforms and channels.
  • Manage social media accounts and strategize to increase engagement and followers.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and improve Arabic language search rankings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on analytics.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on market performance and strategy effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Experience with SEO strategies, and social media platforms content creation.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns in the target region.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail in all work aspects.
