We are recruiting on behalf of a leading GCC-based investment management firm with multi-billion-dollar assets under management, and byteSpark.ai is their exclusive recruitment services provider for this role. We are seeking a highly driven Senior Associate to join their Investment Placement function, responsible for leading capital-raising activities across a range of Shariah-compliant private equity, real estate, and alternative investment products. The role involves managing the full placement lifecycle, engaging with institutional and private investors, supporting product structuring and deal preparation, and ensuring meticulous end-to-end investor onboarding aligned with KYC and AML requirements. You will maintain strong investor relationships through accurate MIS and performance reporting, while collaborating closely with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution. This is a high-visibility position ideal for professionals who thrive in regulated investment environments and excel at building long-term investor trust.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  ▸ 7-10 years of direct experience in investment placement, capital raising, or institutional sales.

  ▸ Proven track record in alternative investments, such as private equity or real estate.

  ▸ Expertise in managing the end-to-end investor onboarding process, including comprehensive KYC fulfilment.

  ▸ Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver detailed MIS and investment performance reports for clients.

  ▸ Strong experience in structuring investment placements and developing marketing collateral.

  ▸ In-depth understanding of regulated financial environments, particularly in the Middle East.

  ▸ Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

  ▸ Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

  ▸ An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA, or CAIA).

  ▸ Fluency in Arabic.

  ▸ Experience with Shariah-compliant investment products and structures.

  ▸ Established network of institutional and private investors in the KSA region.

  ▸ Experience working with international compliance frameworks (e.g., FATCA, CRS).
