Senior Architect

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required for this role. Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of projects, including creating and reviewing architectural drawings and specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and design objectives are achieved.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design standards.
• Research and stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
• Develop and present design proposals, concepts, and solutions to clients and project teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples for conformance with design intent.
• Participate in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and attending client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws and standards in all architectural work.

• Qualifications for Senior Architect role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional certification such as Licensed Architect.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
