We are currently looking to incorporate a Senior Architect Project Manager for our offices in Dubai, who will join our team and participate in the development of national and international projects.

What will your mission be?

As a Senior Architect Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards.

What responsibilities will you have on a daily basis?

• Lead luxury retail projects from design development through construction and final handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, consultants and contractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and luxury brand standards.
• Maintain alignment with HQ standards and internal workflows.
  
  

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3/5 years of proven experience in luxury retail project management (mandatory).
• Experience in residential and hospitality projects is a plus/preferable.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing and coordination.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
