Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and support staff within the team.
• Ensure that the architectural design adheres to all required codes and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, schematic designs, and construction documents.
• Resolve complex technical design issues to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• A valid architecture license with the ability to practice professionally.
• Proven proficiency in CAD software and other design technology tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
• Experience working with sustainable design practices and green building requirements.
