Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
• Licensed architect with a strong portfolio showcasing completed architectural projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp required.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures is essential.
