Senior Architect 25N25

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at 25N25. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of architectural concepts and design principles. This role will involve leading complex architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary functional, aesthetic, and environmental standards. As a Senior Architect, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and contractors, to bring innovative architectural visions to life. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and development of architectural projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients to develop project specifications and design goals.
• Ensure that all architectural designs adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and emerging professionals.
• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of designs.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Review and approve architectural designs, modifications, and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architecture trends and innovations to implement new ideas.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration across all project phases.
• Communicate regularly with all project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed architect with a valid registration and accreditation is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant programs.
• Exceptional design and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
