Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Professional architect license required with good standing in relevant local board.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior staff members.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
