Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of architectural design and project management experience.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect is required to practice legally.
  • Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Adept at problem-solving with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Solid understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
