Senior Architect 12N25

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to join our innovative team in creating high-quality architectural designs and leading complex construction projects. As a Senior Architect, you will take a leadership role in the planning, designing, and overseeing of the construction of buildings and complex infrastructures. You will be expected to use your extensive experience in creative problem-solving and project management to design aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that architectural projects are managed effectively from concept to completion, within budgetary and safety standards. The candidate must have a strong understanding of building codes, a proficient skill in industry-standard software, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development process for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and technical specifications for construction.
• Manage project teams including engineers, drafters, and construction workers.
• Review and approve designs and project deliverables according to standards.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety requirements and building codes.
• Liaise with contractors and construction firms to oversee the building phase.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to all architectural plans.
• Provide solutions and address any issues or challenges that arise on-site.
• Contribute to sustainable design efforts, minimizing environmental impact.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technological advances.
• Prepare and present architectural proposals and feasibility reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Licensed architect with a valid registration number in the state of operation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
