Senior Analyst Tax Compliance And Audits

Job Summary:

This position, based with the Dubai finance team, provides essential support to the Tax Lead by preparing detailed working papers for all corporate tax returns and provision calculations. The analyst is responsible for compiling necessary documentation for tax audits, assisting with compliance filings, and conducting research on technical tax issues impacting the Group’s investment structures.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

• Prepare draft tax computations, returns, and reconciliations.
• Support periodic VAT filings and coordinate with business units for data accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of tax assessments, notices, and correspondence.
• Assist in managing audit requests and compiling documentation for submission.
• Conduct reviews of tax-related transactions to ensure compliance.
• Assist in preparing zakat and withholding tax computations.
• Support internal tax reviews and control testing.
• Help maintain an up-to-date tax compliance tracker.
• Provide analytical support in identifying tax exposures and recommending corrective actions.
• Research new tax laws and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in tax compliance or audits.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and zakat frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and tax reporting systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
