We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Operations Business Systems to support Above-the-Wing airport operations by leveraging AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation to enhance passenger flow, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Translate operational requirements into analytical and automated solutions.

• Prepare clear requirements documentation and support UAT.

• Collaborate with airport-wide stakeholders and vendors.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery — from requirements definition and stakeholder alignment through validation and UAT.

🎯 Desired Expertise:

• Strong background in Airport Operations Systems / ACDM.

• Experience in AI/ML adoption, video analytics, and automation.

• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and presentations.

• Exposure to high-throughput environments such as aviation or large-scale operations.
