Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join the resort’s Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to gather, validate, and analyze financial data.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
• Support the implementation and optimization of financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and reporting.
• Participate in special projects, business case development, and strategic initiatives as required.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
