We are seeking a Senior AI Prototyper who shares our passion for innovation and transformation. This role is critical in building advanced AI-driven solutions that enable our business partners to evolve and meet the growing demand for personalized, intelligent digital experiences.

Technical Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• Languages & Web Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and light front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Streamlit, Gradio, or Tailwind CSS) for fast UI development.
• AI & LLM Integration: Hands-on experience integrating major LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), prompt engineering, and basic orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Data & RAG Basics: Familiarity with vector embeddings, lightweight vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone), and document processing for rapid context injection.
• APIs & Tooling: Ability to quickly connect prototypes to external REST APIs, webhooks, and mock data stores.
  
  
  

Title & Soft Skills

• Rapid Prototyping Mindset: Bias for action and speed over perfection—comfortable writing lightweight, disposable code to test ideas fast.
• Product & UX Intuition: Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, conversation design, and AI interaction patterns.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to articulate complex AI behavior and technical constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders, design partners, and executive leadership.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering or technical product prototyping experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building with generative AI or LLM-backed applications.
• Prior experience in early-stage product development, innovation labs, or R&D environments.
