Position:Senior AI / GenAI Engineer (Onsite – UAE)

Experience: 8-12 years

Notice Period: Can be considered up to 15 Days

Role Overview ::

The resource will provide onsite engineering, advisory, and collaborative technical support for the client’s AI and GenAI initiatives. The role is non-decision-making and non-ownership, focused on enabling, guiding, and supporting client teams in adopting and operationalizing AI solutions. The resource will work closely with client stakeholders and Open Innovation AI engineering teams to ensure effective implementation, optimization, and operational support of AI workloads.

Required Skills & Experience Core AI / GenAI Skills

• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Understanding of model evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization Platform & Integration Skills
• Experience with Python and API integrations
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes environments
• Basic exposure to GPU-based workloads and performance tuning MLOps / LLMOps (Working Knowledge)
• Understanding of model lifecycle management (versioning, monitoring, logging)
• Familiarity with common MLOps tools and practices Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, advisory capacity (non-ownership role)
• Experience working in enterprise environments (banking preferred)
  
  

• 8–12+ years in IT, with 4–6+ years in AI/ML/GenAI domain
• Prior experience in customer-facing / onsite roles is preferred
