Senior Affiliate Manager IGaming - Russian Ukrainian Speaker

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in Dubai

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaign


• Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI; report results to senior management


• Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments


• Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks


• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts


• Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions

• Locally based in Dubai or willing to relocate


• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.


• Proficient level of Russian or Ukranian languages.


• Proficient level of written and spoken English


• Effective sales and negotiation skills


• Driven and results-oriented


• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and manage prioritiets
