Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple entities
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and period-end close processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with the FP&A team
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across different structures and jurisdictions
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes end-to-end
- Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting requirements where applicable
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and financial processes
- Support cash management, payments, and basic treasury-related activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support financial analysis and reporting needs
- Assist with process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic finance projects
- 3-4 years experience at Senior Accountant level OR 5-7 years at Finance Associate level
- Big4 audit background and/or relevant accounting/finance experience is essential within financial services (asset management, private equity, family office, investment banking, etc.)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Experience working across multiple entities or complex structures is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) is preferred or in progress
