Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital initiatives effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting within the construction sector.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and construction-related accounting principles required.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software applications is essential.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred for this senior role.
