An Administrative Assistant plays a vital role within a company, often acting as the backbone of the office management team. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior managers.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for organizational documentation and records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers when necessary.
  • Book conference rooms and prepare necessary materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients and customers.
  • Manage various administrative projects, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
  • Support colleagues and coordinate with different departments to improve work processes.
  • Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including equipment setup.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle administrative challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction at all levels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant.
