Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success while driving revenue growth for the company. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs. Your ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service will be crucial. With your deep understanding of the market and the company's offerings, you will identify new business opportunities, upsell to existing clients, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential to effectively manage account challenges and conflicts, ensuring that all client interactions align with organizational goals and standards.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their strategic objectives.
  • Spearhead client meetings to discuss account status, project updates, and goal alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow existing client partnerships.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and progress reports to clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor and forecast client account metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive strategies for nurturing and retaining key client accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better serve clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall revenue goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior account management staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in account management or client services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to handle complex client interactions and offer innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for account management tasks.
