Job Description

A Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while overseeing the account management process. This includes understanding client needs, delivering personalized solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. A Senior Account Manager typically handles strategic accounts, taking on the responsibility of driving growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage the entire account management process efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities proactively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning meetings with clients.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify potential improvements in service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreement renewals with a focus on terms that benefit all parties.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts concerning client trends and account status.
  • Track and report on key account metrics to measure account success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and market environment.
  • Ensure timely problem resolution to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least five years of proven experience in account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and account management best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant account management tools.
  • Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to client satisfaction and retention.
