Key aspects of this role

  • Own new business sales, end to end with a clear revenue quota > Carry and deliver against a new business quota. Generate pipeline through outbound and relationships, run executive demos, manage enterprise stakeholders through to close, and hand over to Customer Success.
  • Build and convert enterprise pipeline in the UAE > Leverage your existing ConTech network and structured outbound to open doors and progress complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Operate with rigour and data > Forecast accurately, use metrics to identify opportunities, and continuously refine your sales approach to improve results.
  • Be a senior representative of ProcurePro in the region > Act as a credible, visible face of the business through networking, partner engagement, and industry events.
  • Collaborate and lead by example > Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Partners, while sharing best practice with the wider sales team.
  • Tools & systems > HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Lusha, Fathom, +more



You’re ideal for the role if you have…

  • Proven ConTech sales experience in the UAE (essential) > 3+ years selling construction technology in the UAE, owning full-cycle sales across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong enterprise sales credibility > Experience engaging senior commercial, procurement, and executive stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes.
  • Commercial and negotiation strength > Confident leading enterprise negotiations and managing contracts through to close.
  • A true hunter mindset > Relentless, resilient, and accountable — comfortable being measured tightly against quota and revenue outcomes.
  • High ownership and urgency > Hands-on, detail-oriented, and biased towards action in a growth environment.
  • A growth mindset > Continuously looking to improve, take initiative, and raise the bar.
  • Bonus: construction industry background > Prior experience working directly in construction or contracting is a plus.
