Overview

This opening is for an AI specifc unit specialized in generating full or integrated AI work.

As a Senior 3D Designer, you will lead the creation of high-quality 3D models and visualizations for our projects. You will work

closely with the AI team, members ( design, art, motion) to ensure that our 3D designs meet the highest standards of quality

and creativity. Your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering will be critical in bringing our concepts to life

especially when integrated with the rest of the work.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling And Design

Create detailed 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).

Develop textures, lighting, and rendering to achieve photorealistic or stylized efects as required.

Collaborate with the art, creative and design teams to ensure consistency in style and quality across all projects.

Use and integrate AI tools when needed to perfect output

Quality Control

Review and refne 3D models and assets, ensuring they meet technical and artistic standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling and rendering.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools ( including AI ones) , and technologies, and integrate them into the workfow.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in 3D Design, Animation, Game Design, Fine Arts, or a related feld (or equivalent

experience).

At least 6+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

Profciency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D projects, including photorealistic and stylized work.

Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, spatial and architectural design.

Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of animation, VFX, and post-production processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifcations

Experience in a specifc industry, such as gaming, flm, architecture, or product design.

Familiarity with programming languages or scripting for automation in 3D software.

Experience with VR/AR technologies and workfows.

Good knowledge of latest AI tools and how to invest them in producing the desired work
