Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven SEM & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns while supporting overall performance marketing initiatives. You will focus on maximizing ROI across multiple paid channels while collaborating with the SEO and content teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in campaign optimization across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure synergy between paid and organic marketing efforts.
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Stay current on trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools in SEM and performance marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in SEM, PPC, or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting KPIs.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads).
  • Familiarity with CRO and conversion tracking techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to align organic and paid strategies.
