Job Description
Develop and maintain proactively a close relationship with all Oil and Gas end customers & EPC’s in the assigned region.
Promote the entire Atlas Copco & Edwards Vacuum portfolio of products and engineered systems within the Oil and Gas and coordinate with the respective product companies/ systems groups for the quoted packages.
Ensure vendor registration of our products with the Oil and Gas end-users in the region is always updated.
Participate in tenders, proposals from the Feed to Execution phase with a local proposal, and S&S proposals team for firm jobs with local Sales team.
Must be able with support from factory Application Engineers to have clarity of the scope of supply and technical compliance.
Negotiate contracts to obtain favorable commercial terms for Atlas Copco Group.
Must have a clear understanding of competitors activities/capabilities and developments which should support strategies going forward.
Develop a detailed installed base of equipment with end-users and stimulate replacement opportunities.
Consistent in C4C implementation of all sales and marketing activities to ensure accurate market information and customer database of assigned territory.
Able to Prepare technical presentation to demonstrate technical features & highlight value addition to customers.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on the development and performance of the allocated region.
To succeed, you will need
University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical.
Minimum 5+ years of experience related to rotating equipment Preferably Vacuum Pumps, and application with deep understanding of the Middle east Oil & Gas market.
Fluent in English as must and command of Arabic and other languages is an advantage.
knowledge of vacuum science and products, along with their applications in the Oil & Gas market.
Relevant experience of Rotating Equipment Specially Vacuum Pumps with knowledge of API 681 & other International Standards applicable on vacuum system & Solution, Familiarity with engineering Specifications of major O&G companies within GCC Region (Saudi Aramco, SABIC, KOC, KNPC, ADNOC, PDO, Qatar Energy, BOC etc.)
Good business/commercial awareness (marketing discipline/experience) and the ability to analyze business opportunities
Proven track record in sales and marketing with Sound commercial awareness with min 10 years of experience in influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills High commercial and technical experience to command. routinely engaging and inspiring both internal teams and external stakeholders
