Job Description

Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning, and access request processes.
Integrate applications, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms with SailPoint.
Develop and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation solutions using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and MFA technologies.
Configure and maintain SSO integrations using platforms such as Ping Identity, ADFS, or Azure AD.
Troubleshoot IAM and authentication issues across integrated applications.
Support joiner, mover, leaver (JML) lifecycle automation and access governance processes.
Develop APIs, automation scripts, and custom integrations to support IAM operations.
Participate in security audits, compliance reviews, and operational support activities.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and business teams for IAM onboarding and enhancements.

Technical Skills (Primary Focus – SailPoint)

Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development.
Experience in API-based automations and out-of-the-box connectors.
Expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Experience with Access Certification Campaigns.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows.
Ability to revamp and automate employee lifecycle management processes.
Strong Java development skills.
Experience with PowerShell scripting.
Strong understanding of API integrations:
Consuming APIs from target applications.
Exposing SailPoint APIs to target applications.
Experience with SailPoint versions 7.2 – 8.4, preferably 8.4.
SailPoint development and implementation experience are mandatory.
Role is 100% development-focused with minimal operational involvement.
