Security Supervisor

Job Description

To oversee site security operations and accommodation (camp) management, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth daily operations. The role involves supervising guards, monitoring facilities, and maintaining discipline and standards across company sites and staff accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations and manage staff accommodation (camp)
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operations
• Monitor staff attendance, reduce absenteeism, and ensure all employees report for duty
• Supervise and manage security guards across sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and patrols
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and reporting
• Oversee camp/accommodation management
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards
• Allocate rooms and manage employee accommodation
• Address staff concerns and enforce camp rules
• Ensure all employees report to duty on time
• Monitor attendance, control absenteeism, and take corrective action
• Coordinate with P&C on attendance issues, leave, and disciplinary actions
• Visit and check multiple sites regularly
• Prepare daily/weekly inspection and incident reports
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities teams
• Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance
• Manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and performance
  
  

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• 3–5 years experience in security or facilities supervision
• Knowledge of security procedures and HSE standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• UAE driving license preferred
