Security-Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining safety, discipline, and order within the employee accommodation camp. The role focuses on supervising daily camp activities, preventing fights or disturbances, and ensuring all residents follow camp rules and regulations.

The Security Supervisor will act as the main point of control for security matters inside the camp and ensure a peaceful and well-managed living environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations within the camp premises.
• Ensure no fights, disputes, or disturbances occur among residents.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections inside the camp.
• Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors.
• Ensure camp rules and regulations are strictly followed.
• Intervene and resolve minor conflicts between residents.
• Report serious incidents immediately to management.
• Coordinate with HR and Camp Management regarding resident concerns.
• Ensure emergency procedures are followed when required.
• Maintain daily security reports and incident logs.
• Support inspections by authorities if required.
