Responsible for checking labour camps on a daily basis, ensuring all employees follow camp rules and leave on time for work. The role includes monitoring attendance, preventing fights or disturbances, and reporting any issues or absences to the line manager. The Security Supervisor will coordinate with site and camp management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Check labour camps daily and ensure discipline is maintained
Make sure all employees wake up on time and go to work as scheduled
Monitor attendance and report absentees or late staff
Ensure no fights, disturbances, or issues happen in the camp
Report any problems immediately to the line manager
Ensure camp rules and company instructions are followed
Coordinate with supervisors and site management when required
