Security-Supervisor

Job Description

Responsible for checking labour camps on a daily basis, ensuring all employees follow camp rules and leave on time for work. The role includes monitoring attendance, preventing fights or disturbances, and reporting any issues or absences to the line manager. The Security Supervisor will coordinate with site and camp management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide security guards during shifts and ensure proper attendance and discipline
• Monitor site security, access control, and patrol activities
• Handle minor incidents, disputes, or conflicts and report serious issues immediately
• Ensure visitors, vehicles, and staff follow site security rules
• Conduct regular inspections of the site, camp, or facility
• Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and handover notes
• Coordinate with line manager and site management when required
• Ensure guards are properly dressed, alert, and following SOPs
