The Security Operations Engineer (SecOps) will work within our IT Operations team and be responsible for ensuring myZoi has a world class approach to security. This role requires a deep understanding of security practices, a proactive approach to threat detection and mitigation, and the ability to work closely with IT and operations teams to maintain a secure infrastructure and work environment. The candidate will help maintain and enhance a secure environment that empowers our exceptional employees, contributing to the creation of an exemplary IT ecosystem where our company can thrive and grow

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls
  
• Manage security tools and technologies to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
  
• Continuously monitor operational environments for security threats, vulnerabilities, and anomalies.
  
• Respond to security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  
• Secure cloud infrastructure by advising best practices for network security, identity and access management, and data protection.
  
• Work with IT and development teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
  
• Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all operational environments.
  
• Develop and implement automated security solutions to enhance threat detection, incident response, and compliance monitoring.
  
• Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline security operations and improve efficiency.
  
• Communicate security risks, incidents, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Define and implement Continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelors degree in a Technology related field
  
• At least 2 years of experience IT and or Cloud based Security
  
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools
  
• Experience in identifying and remediating security issues
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  
• Desirable: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for security automation
