We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team at a residential property in Dubai. This position is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
Assist residents and guests with general information and directions.
Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents for management review.
Coordinate with emergency services when required.
Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed in accordance with property standards.
Maintain professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador of the residence.
Proven experience as a Security Officer in a hotel or residential environment.
Valid SIRA License (Dubai Security Industry Regulatory Agency) is mandatory.
Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
