About The Role

The Security Implementation Engineer will play a pivotal role in customer activation, implementation, and long-term value realization. This position partners closely with Customer Success to serve as the technical lead during onboarding and post-sale phases. The engineer will support customers in configuring and operationalizing Web3-specific monitoring tools, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring proactive protection against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Analysis & Risk Assessment: Guide customers in evaluating the security posture of their Web3 assets and infrastructure, identifying key risks, and recommending mitigations.
• Monitoring & Response Strategy: Provide expert guidance on monitoring configurations and help develop proactive response plans tailored to each customer’s architecture and risk profile.
• Technical Implementation Ownership: Serve as the primary technical contact throughout implementation, supporting hands-on integration of monitoring and threat detection tools into customer environments.
• Customer Support & Advisory: Maintain ongoing engagement with customers, advising on evolving risks and ensuring the platform continues to meet their needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Product teams to continuously improve customer experience and solution effectiveness.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized systems, and Web3 threat landscapes
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices, especially in relation to digital asset protection and blockchain security
• Proven ability to independently manage technical projects as well as contribute within cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on hands-on technical support
• Comfort working in startup or high-growth environments
• Ability to engage with technical leaders (e.g., CTOs, CISOs) and security teams at both SMB and enterprise levels
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
