Summary-

We are seeking a dynamic Secretary to support our Engineering team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department.

Job Responsibility-

  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering team such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute engineering-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for engineering documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory for the Engineering department.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other office management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma or certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
