Role Description

This is a long term on-site role based in Dubai for an immediate start as a Secondary Music Teacher (Cover). The Secondary Music Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging music lessons, covering music theory, performance, and education. Additional duties include preparing students for exams, collaborating with other teachers, and conducting extracurricular music activities. The role demands a commitment to maintaining a high standard of music education and fostering a love for music among students.

Qualifications

• Music Theory, Music Performance, and Music Education skills
• Proficiency in playing and teaching Piano
• Strong understanding of general Music principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Relevant teaching experience and qualifications in the field of Music Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
• Experience in an International Baccalaureate (IB) school is a plus
